Bespoke Production ROME operates as a curated creative studio. We do not maintain a warehouse of pre-printed stock. Every order is made-to-order specifically for you.

  • Processing Time: Please allow 3–7 business days for your garment to be printed, quality-checked, and packaged before it is handed to the carrier.

  • Tracking: A digital coordinate (tracking number) will be transmitted to your email the moment your order departs the studio.

Shipping & Liability Once a package is scanned by the carrier (USPS/UPS/FedEx), the ownership of the goods transfers to the customer.

  • Delivery Issues: ROME is not liable for packages marked as "Delivered" by the carrier that are subsequently lost or stolen. Please ensure your delivery location is secure.

  • Address Accuracy: It is the customer's responsibility to provide a correct shipping address. Orders sent to an incorrectly entered address cannot be redirected or refunded. If a package is returned to us due to an insufficient address, the customer will be responsible for the reshipment costs.

THE FINALITY

All Sales Are Final Because every item is custom-printed to your specific size and color selection at the time of purchase, we do not accept returns or exchanges. We do not offer refunds for "buyer’s remorse" or for items that do not fit the way you imagined.

Sizing Accountability We provide a detailed Size Guide for every garment. Streetwear silhouettes vary (some are boxy/oversized, some are true-to-size). By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the measurements and accepted the fit of the garment.

Manufacturing Defects & Errors In the rare event that your gear arrives with a verified manufacturing defect (e.g., a hole in the garment, a significant print misalignment, or the wrong item sent), we will rectify it.

  • Reporting Window: You must contact Support@shop-rome.com within 48 hours of the recorded delivery time.

  • Evidence Required: Please include your Order Number and high-resolution photos of the defect.

  • Resolution: If the defect is verified, we will issue a replacement at no cost to you. We do not offer cash refunds; we provide the corrected product.
